This 68.40 acre tract has a Conservation Easement to protect wildlife as the property possesses wildlife habitat, natural, scenic and open space values which are worthy of preservation. The western most 30 acres is designated for General Development and the remaining 38.41 acre portion to the East is designated for Limited Development. The 30-acre General Development zone allows housing together with support structures consistent with educational and spiritual purposes and allows a total build-out equal to .42% (.0042) of the acreage, totaling 5500 square feet.
